I’ve always taken an interest in health and fitness. I read about new trends and what myths have been debunked and what new facts they think they found; however, I always take it all with a grain of salt. I tend to rely on my own experiences. I’ll take new information and I’ll test it, experience it, and then form my own conclusions. This is where I’ll post little blurbs (or maybe even big blurbs) along the way.
Also, I’m about to get back into my own fitness and health journey so I can tell you a little about that as I go as well.
